
This course is enable the care home staff to be able to design person centred nutrition care plans for residents at risk of malnutrition.
For the fortified food training will include person-centred care , identification of nutrient dense ingredient options, tailoring and personalisation of fortified food to dietary cultural and religious preferences. A list of recipes and possible ingredients for fortification will also be provided alongside the training.
